I live in Texas and I needed a Process Server to issue a notice in New York. Walking around like a duck with it’s headed cut off I had to Google one. CME Process Service came and it was the best decision ever. With little time left to serve they were like sharks ready to tackle the task at hand. With proper information given they were able to serve the legal documents just in time for me to go to court. I couldn’t have got it done without them. Excellent Service all the way. Will do business with them AGAIN!

I have to say that dealing with Carla and C-Me process servers was not only the best decision I could have gone with, but her professionalism, her kindness, and her ability to “deliver” … meant the world to my kids and I.
The papers that I needed served, was for my children.
It meant their having a family name, their right to inheritance, amongst other things.
The person that I needed to serve was proving to be slippery, to say the least. He moved, I had no address for him, but I did know where he worked. It was far from my home, and time was running out. I, quite literally, had a couple of days to serve him.
I called a few places that I looked up on the Internet.
I was told by other process servers that there would be mileage charges, that I would be charged slightly more because of the time constraints, and there would be additional charges if they had to make more than 3 unsuccessful attempts.
I was reduced to tears.
I am a single Mom of 2 young children, I couldn’t afford all of these charges. I felt defeated. I picked up the phone, one last time, and I was lucky enough to call Carla.
I explained my situation, what the papers were for, and held my breath waiting for a price quote.
She gave me a price that was cheaper than anyone else, she was not going to tack on all of the additional charges, and she assured me that she would serve them herself , and she WOULD get them served ON TIME.
She was even concerned about the cheapest way to get the court papers to her and advised me of the best way to do it !
The manner in which she spoke, her professionalism, her determination, her genuine concern, and the kindness she showed toward me, put my mind at ease and I knew that I could trust her.
Bottom line : Those papers were served on the respondent, within an hour and a half of her receiving them. She called me from the parking lot of where he was, to put my worry to rest.
She did exactly what she said she would do.
I am so appreciative of what she did for us.
Not only did she understand, but she cared.
I will never forget that. I can only say to anyone who has the need of a process server , that you will not find a capable, compassionate, Professional than Carla and her associates.
My children now have, what was their right to have, and I could never express how much Carla had to do with that.
I learned, afterward, that the respondent was considering leaving the state, to avoid being served.
She caught him in the nick of time.
What more can I say ?
If you need something served, you will be doing yourself, and your case, a favor by using C-Me .

C-Me Processing is WONDERFUL!!!! I called on Carla and her team to help me with serving papers to the photographer from our wedding who did an awful job for us and thought she would get away with it! Not having a current address for her, I felt getting her served was pretty much impossible!  But, not for Carla! Carla was able to find her current address and was able to come up with a plan that left her my photographer when served speechless and in shock! I owe everything with my small claims case to Carla and her team! I even was able to call on Carla after it was all said and done to fill out another form which wasn’t filled out and she had absolutely no problems with it! I recommend Carla to anyone who wants the job done right!
