Filings/Purchases: This includes purchasing index numbers, motions, judgments, orders to show cause, RJIs, etc. at the appropriate courthouse or county clerk.

Walk through Documents: In Suffolk County, our staff will personally walk through your order to show cause to obtain a judge’s signature, as well as conform any and all copies. We also offer submission of subpoenas to the appropriate courthouse to be so-ordered by a judge.

Process Service; Local, Statewide, Nationwide: C-ME’s professional process servers offer reliable and proficient services at all times. Our process servers are licensed, bonded and are educated in accordance with the appropriate C.P.L.R. requirements.
